How to use this Software Enhancement Request Form:

  • The information you enter into his form will be submitted directly to Radford Software on pressing the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form.
  • In order to retain a copy for your records, you can either tick the “Email me a Copy” button and/or print a copy of the form using the button provided.
  • The Ref. Number is chosen by you – it is purely for your records. Our management system will generate a Radfords Project Number for the enhancement and you will receive a note of this number on the Acknowledgement/Quotation form that will be sent back to you once your request has been assessed.
  • Program Name refers to the Radfords application you are referring to e.g. KiwiPlus, AvoPlus, PaymentsPlus etc and the Specific Program Area refers to the section of the application you are referring to e.g. Pallet Maintenance, Bin Summary etc.
  • Please provide as much detail as possible.
  • If there is no longer a 'Submit' button, that means the request has been submitted. Press the 'Reset' Button for a new request.

All enhancement requests will be individually evaluated to determine technical and economical feasibility.  The analysis will conclude whether the enhancement request will be beneficial to a majority of other program users or if it may be considered as a custom development.  Radford Software will notify the requestor as part of our standard assessment process.
